This PR mainly focuses on building and publishing a Docker image and comes with a variety of additional bugfixes.
1) I noticed during testing that failed tests still make the GH action workflow succeed since the run node ignored failing commands. Fixes #10.
2) For improved readability of GH Actions workflow log the node that is executed now prints: 🟢 Execute 'Run (run-v1-orange-squirrel-koala)'
