config autoMigrate not working #84

I try to disable autoMigrate, but it still do auto migrate on server start.

Thank you! it looks like it that option had not yet been implemented in the new TS version https://github.com/actionhero/ah-sequelize-plugin/releases/tag/v2.0.2
