sv_fps 20+ death tilt animation #171

The death tilt animation is too fast upon death when playing with sv_fps 20 or above. Can it be fixed to be smoother as with sv_fps 10?

I think this might be the last known "stopper" for sv_fps 20 gameplay

Man your eyes must be pretty good, I never could really tell the difference. I'll see where in the code this is taking place, it happens so fast that it's hard for me to perceive.
