Hi, I am facing the same issue. I'm using the latest version Elementor pro. I have created the password reset form using email. The password reset OTP is sent via email. After the OTP was updated, it was redirected to the same page as the email field. but the password reset field is not showing instead it is showing the email field again. Please support fixing this issue.
Hi, please write us to support@actions-pack.com for a quicker fix.
@morelandjo @Sarathkumar311 Please disable Elementor's cache option by going to Settings -> Features -> Caching -> Disable.
The feature is currently in Beta mode, so Actions Pack is incompatible with that. But we are going to release a new version soon that will support the feature.
Thank you
It works after disabling the Element Caching. I appreciate your support. Thank you.
Hi,
Banged my head on this one for a bit. Testing on Elementor 3.23.3 a custom password reset form, using email. The password reset link is sent, but clicking on the link takes you to the password reset page with only an email field shown instead of a password field.
Downgrading elementor to 3.18 solves the issue. When you click on the password reset link you are taken to the password reset page with a password field to reset it.
