11 months ago I believe the save cache action should fail on an error returned by the caching service.
Failure should be optional; we use the actions/cache/save action to store some gradle build artifacts, but when the cache in a follow up step is missing it simply builds the artifacts from source. It obviously isn't optimal to build those artifacts twice, but it's better than a workflow failure.

I have a job with a cache save action step like:
This step fails with a warning from the cache service with 500 error:
That warning handling leads to successful job completion, and other job failing that tries to restore this cache later.
I believe the save cache action should fail on an error returned by the caching service.
