Dotnet version looking for a version that is not available

• name: Setup .NET Core uses: actions/setup-dotnet@v2 with: dotnet-version: 8.x Expected behavior: A description of what you expected to happen. It download the latest version of dotnet 8 Actual behavior: A description of what is actually happening. Trying to download a version that does not exist
