MySQL-MySQL full copy: not support MySQL 8.0.31 with charset utf8

Description

MySQL-MySQL full copy: not support MySQL 8.0.31 with charset utf8 PS. MySQL 8.0.18 is passed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. use src and dest MySQL in 8.0.31
2. create some table use charset utf8

   sql> create table char_columns(id int(11) not null primary key, c_char char(255)) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

3. create dtle job
4. job failed, and src dtle log
