In the documentation there are three ways to install kubevela on k8s:

From the kubevela CLI:
```
vela install
```
Applies without problems

From the chart helm

helm repo add kubevela https://charts.kubevela.net/core

helm repo update

helm install --create-namespace -n vela-system kubevela kubevela/vela-core --wait

Failure to deploy core.

In Napptive's initial application deployment environment, KubeVela is deployed with helm chart via terraform. Evidence is shown.

terraform_show(helm_chart)

helm_status

As soon as the remaining bugs are evaluated with the previous configuration, the upgrade to the new version of vela-core will be performed following the methods described above. This issue will then be updated with the results.

Since version 1.8.2 I have been able to modify the release, but if I downgrade to a version lower than 1.7.0 is when kubevela has no control over helm.
