Orphan headings in workbook pdf #286

In the workbook pdf, the headings for sections 3.1 and 5.1 appear at the top of an otherwise blank page, with the preview activity for that section not starting until the following page. This looks a little weird.

I was able to avoid this in my copy by shrinking the images included in activities 3.1.1 and 5.1.1 to with=0.8\linewidth so that they fit on the same page with the headings. Not the ideal solution, of course, but it worked for me as a quick fix.
