The calculus 1 course at my university covers chapters 1-4 and part of chapter 5 of ACS (through integration by substitution). I wouldn't be surprised if there are other institutions in a similar situation. So for us, it would be convenient if there were printed versions of the workbook available that cover all of chapters 1-5. I was able to hack this into the source fairly easily and generate my own pdf versions for our bookstore to print as a coursepack, but it would be more convenient (and maybe cheaper) to be able to point students to a bound version on amazon or lulu.
