Typo fixes in brine mixing problem #324

Also: A solid majority of my students thought that part (c) is asking for an equation for S in terms of t. I think this is because the problem text says S(t). Part of me wants to just say, "Let S denote the (changing) amount of salt in the tank," and remove "in minute t" in a couple places, but then you lose the emphasis on the fact that S really does indeed depend on time.
