Green's Theorem section #15

This section is not ready for merging yet, but I'm putting this up so that @nelong can take a look.

@nelong I decided to kill one exercise I was planning to write that looked at Green's Theorem for regions parameterized by rectangles since I'm not convinced enough people would assign nit to make it worth my time to do it right. Thus, I think this is ready to go.

I will start a new branch to get thinking about Stokes' Theorem in the next couple of days so that hopefully we can merge this and #14 next week.
