Final editing pass #22

This is a WIP PR so that I can alert @nelong when I do something worth looking at. Please take a look at that pesky final activity in section 4 to see if the changes I made to the last three parts cause them to make sense to you or if there should be more edits.

This shouldn't be merged until I explicitly say so, but editing through section 4 (FTCLI) is now done.

@nelong I have edited the divergence section.
