First try at PTX conversion #3

The only LaTeX files were 4 sections in Chapter 12.

The directory "ptx" contains the first try at the PTX conversion.

Any issues that occur multiple times, let me know and I will try to fix.

Don't commit any changes to the PTX files yet, because those will be over-written when I re-run the conversion script.
