Split the quick-start guide #49

Covering reset management and concurrency operators may be good. Would prefer doing this around a concrete example, perhaps from Kabuki?

Adding a couple of sections for these might be fine. A significant issue though is that the guide refers classes which are not available in the GitHub/AGPL version.

Essentially, since this repository will endure (even after a smaller, Unity-friendly, LT package is provided), and provides an engine neutral presentation of AL, the solution here is to both have a Unity version of the quick start guide, and a general purpose, engine neutral version.
