Overlap between how context menu selects files, and how top level equiv. in Howl are implemented.
Between import, reimport, export, Howl itself does one thing one way, another similar thing another way. Sometimes verbose/dry are provided, sometimes not
Howl.howl cannot issue ADB.Refresh (or Debug.xyz) later on as Unity dependencies are removed.
