We have found free online SVG editor https://www.freecodeformat.com/svg-editor.php very useful to create one. Here is a sample code for you to verify that you icon appears properly along side the placeholder.

I've changed the group but now I get the error during the checks:

PaymentIconTest#test_Every_payment_icon_record_is_valid [test/unit/payment_icon_test.rb:14]:
Expected [:credit_cards, :cryptocurrencies, :bank_transfers, :wallets, :convenience_stores, :other] to include :gift_card.

@Lovedanihonjin What is the status of this?

I've reverted the group as this was causing issues, please see above conversation. I also fixed the merge conflicts.
