Formtastic error list messed up #1

It's actually still sort of messed up, the list bullet is not aligned according to same margin origin as the input fields. A good default would be to have the bullets intended 0,5-1em top and left - I can't see anyone not having to override the current layout. Good that you fixed the float issue though!
