Add toasts for apps being opened to share modal #956

Description

This issue is to add functionality to ModalSharePage.vue such that when another app will be opened, that the user will be notified so they're expecting it. It's up for discussion, but I'd say that displaying it for a second should be fine. So in the case of Signal, we'd show URL copied and at the same time show a toast for Opening Signal to the user.

Contribution

Happy to support with this! If we wanted to hard code "Opening application" at fist, I'd also be happy to do the i18n key for it :)
