It is difficult to download in China #76

when I run the download.py,only category folders appear.You know,it'shard to download the Youtube videos in China.I hope there is a more direct way to download，Thank you!

目前这个数据集里的很多视频在YouTube上已经没有了，所以就算有无限的翻墙流量和很快的网速，也下载不全了
