Can't download ActivityNet v1.3 C3D features #99

Hi, the download links on http://activity-net.org/challenges/2016/download.html#c3d seems to be invalid. Could you please provide new links to dowoload these C3D features?

Did you consider this? I believe @cabaf uploaded the previous stuff to AWS.

But, as mentioned in the other thread: Who on earth needs outdated features?
