missing LICENSE file #21

Hello, I noticed there's no open source license file in this repo. I'm guessing it should be the Apache license that's in most of the other activitypods repos (another issue is those files don't have the copyright holder information filled in near the bottom).

For the copyright holder at the bottom of the files, it will be taken care of very soon.
