Include documentation on `placement` options #48

As suggested by #45, the README lacks detail on all the placement options.

The options look to be enumerated within https://github.com/shipshapecode/shepherd/blob/v6.0.0/src/js/utils/general.js

Let's test in abraham that all of these work and then add to the README.
