i18n: add french locale #7

@tomwaits Disclaimer: I'm French. "Continuez" is correct but not really used in French UI. "Continuer" is perfectly correct and more usual, as well as "Quitter". For instance, check out Blablacar's current landing page: https://www.blablacar.fr/ , "Chercher un trajet" -> "Look for a trip" and not "Cherchez"). We prefer the "er" version because we will not personally look for the trip, the app will do it for us.

"Done" is a bit weird to translate because "Fini" is generally not used in French UI. "OK" or "Terminé" are used.

@kofronpi Disclaimer: I'm Belgian (Francophone) ... mais il semble que mon francais c'est serieusement deteriore ... For "Done" -> "Termine" est l'option preferer.

@tomwaits I agree that "Terminé" is better, will do an update soon.
