Update freezing.py #55

Updated function _find_t0_alt to check for temperatures >0°C above the lowest freezing level. The altitudes where temperature goes below freezing is set to the lowest height, above the maximum height where T>0°C was observed.

Sorry for the late response. We will take a closer look at this issue at some point and get back to this PR. It is a bit uncertain what is the best way to deal with these kind of temperature anomalies.
