TrackAtVertex trackWeight is not being written in IVF #2149

During my work on the vertexing I noticed that the trackWeight of TrackAtVertex https://github.com/acts-project/acts/blob/main/Core/include/Acts/Vertexing/TrackAtVertex.hpp#L69 default of 1 is never being overwritten in the IVF. Not sure if this is intended but it seems very odd.
