Currently, SYCL integration is disabled as it seems quite unstable
The disabled test will need to be enabled once the oneAPI gets good:
The SYCL test in the gitlab CI is disabled now because of random failure in the CI machine. This should be enabled once the bug is fixed: https://github.com/acts-project/detray/blob/a46ff31cc1b9b508b9122ff834fd93de5116c2e9/.gitlab-ci.yml#L70
