Disable MagSafe LED when disabling power adapter #244

When disabling the power adapter, also turn off the MagSafe LED. When enabling, return it to ~~default state~~ correct state based on max level defined by user.

Note: this change breaks disabling the limit and charge with battery maintain stop. See #253 for details.
