Error with connection device, verbose in logs #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plugging Lightpack in and opening Prismatic
2. No LED's light up
3. Computer detects AT90USB162 DFU ( First time it was called Lightpack, not 
anymore )
4. Get error "Error with connection device, verbose in logs"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing, nothing is happening at all

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firmware : Lightpack_hw7.5-16112013.hex
Prismatik: 5.10.6

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem.  Just that every time I open prismatik WMP crashes.
I had to order 2 lighpacks becouse of the size of my tv.
Does anyone have any  ideas?
