What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in lightpack
2. "Turn on lights"
3. Change to either screen grabbing or mood lighting, doesn't matter
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: LEDs to light up based on settings
Actual: LEDs do not light up. Occasionally I get a tiny red light at the center
of the LEDs.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prismatek 5.10.6 on Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Firmware 7.5
Please provide any additional information below.
When I first got the pack, the program didn't even detect the lightpack. It
took a software upgrade and firmware upgrade to fix. Now it detects the pack,
but the pack won't light the LEDs at all, except a tiny red light in the center
occasionally. Perhaps my unit is defective? I can provide logs if needbe.
