Game crashes SC2 #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open prismatik
2. Launch Starcraft 2
3. Wait for game to crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect lightpack to work as normal but instead prismatik is causing SC2.exe 
to crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
software 5.10.6 (revision 02e3978 ), firmware 0.0 on Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

The error below shows up  around 120 times a second in the event log before 
game crashes:

The description for Event ID 259 from source prismatik-hooks.dll SC2.exe cannot 
be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your 
local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the 
component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be 
saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

d3d9sc error occured while trying to installHook after original call0x0

Last line alternates to 

d3d9sc error occured while trying to removeHook before original call0x0
