What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Shut down computer
2.Turn on computer
3.Discover connection error
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Prismatik to launch and connect to the two lightpacks. Instead I get a
conneciton error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-Windows 8.1 Pro Update 1 64-Bit (6.3, Build 9600)
-Prismatik 5.10.6
-Firmware 7.5

I have two lightpacks, both plugged into power, both plugged into a powered USB
hub which is plugged into my PC. I have the latest W8 update. I have updated
the Firmware on both Lightpacks, but Prismatik is telling me it's 0.0 (probably
because it's got a connection error).
They have been fine up until now. Recently Prismatik started getting the
connection error. It's happened twice so far, both times I had restarted my PC.
Each time I used Atmel Flip to reset the devices by hitting the "secret" button
on the Lightpacks, connecting to Flip, and resetting them.
Currently I can go to setup wizard in Prismatik and it detects 1 Lightpack. I
can use an Android app to change the colors and animate the one on Monitor 1.
I'm guessing it has to do with Windows 8.1 Update 1, because this hasn't
happened until recently.
