POS I ordered 2 lighpacks. Thats 20 light strips. 6 of them are usless... They worked for 30 seconds and now wont do anything!!!

I ordered two lighpacks about three ago, they are extremely dim so you cant see 
anything, the customer service is useless!!!
I posted something two months ago and haven't gotten any help at all!!
From day one, one of the 20 strips didn't work, I figured it was one out of 20, 
its not that big of a problem.  Either way I was so disappointed by how dim the 
lighting was i didn't turn it on for 2 months.  Its two months later, I turned 
it on and 5 of the strips are dead, and one only shows green no mater what!!!
This is a COMPLETE WAIST OF MONEY!!!
I tried shipping it back but it would have cost more to ship back then what it 
is worth.  I explained to them that it was defective and they didn't care and 
wouldn't offer me a return shipping label.
I have never been so disappointed with any product in my entire life!!!
I want my money back!! Including shipping and everything!
