What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.INstall prismatic on windows 7 ultimate. Install the lightpack drivers.
2.icon in the taskbar is either the non-operational circle with a slash, or the
grayed out crescent moon, changing when you double click.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see the prismatic control panel, but it does not appear to be connected
to the lightpack.Changes on the control panel do not affect the light display.
The light display does not change with the changes in the TV screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prismatik 5.11, Windows 7 Ultimate.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have you updated your lightpack firmware? Current Version is 7.5

If you haven't, the current version and a tutorial can be found at the bottom
of the linked page.

Yes I've updated the firmware. I've disabled Windows Aero and remove the
Logitech mouse. I attempted removing and reinstalling the prismatic
software, but the uninstall software doesn't work anymore

I am getting the same verbose error as others have. The lightpack is
recognized in windows, but prismatik says in the configuration screen, at the
top under firmware, "read device fail". I read in another issue that a person
went back to version 6.2 of the firmware and got prismatic to work. Where can
I get version 6.2 of the firmware?
