Lightpack not working #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed Prismatik 5.11.0
2.Run Prismatik
3.Run Configuration Wizard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: The Leds to work
Output: None of the 8 led strips are working

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Prismatik 5.11.0
Firmware:7.5
Os: Win 7(64Bit)

Please provide any additional information below.

Could you run Prismatik with option --debug-high and attach new logs?

Do you plug external power supply (+12V)? Could you check whether it's 
functioning properly?

Yes I confirm that there is no problem with the power supply. Any further
