not lights turn on, whether in mood light or screen grab

software 5.11.1 firmware 7.6
windows 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
firmware stated "error with connection device, check verbose" I updated both
software and firmware. firmware then stated 7.6, but still no change. toolbar
Icon displayed "Moon" icon and a "circle w/ slash." After firmware update, Icon
displays "Moon" and "Sun." I have also tried restarting computer, and
unplugging light pack. multiple times
