General question about LED pads #44

I have problem with buying ReFond RF-W2SA50TS-A39 so I have few question:

1) Is there possibility to buy use other RGB LED(s) or LED strip (what lenght 
or max led amount by output)?
2) Shouldn't the LED pad be connected with Led drive output via resistor to 
prevent led burn out?

resistors R5, R6 used to define max current, so you should correct those values 
to be consistent with your LEDs, and no another resister needed to limit 
current.
