Lightpack doesnt work at all leds dont light up #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install lightpack
2.boot windows
3. isntall prismatik

it says read device firmware fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the lamps to turn on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
lightpack?

could you attach prismatik's logs from <home>\Prismatik\Logs ?

i flashed new frimware + changing some server side settings i run on server 
2012. and it got fixed so its okay now
