Incompability between Prismatik and Logitech SetPoint software #51

After installing logitech setpoint the Prismatik app didnt work (the lights 
on/off option didnt do anything).

I think this is caused maybe because the setpoint software creates an overlay 
to display volume changes, bloq mayus and bloq num activations caused by the 
keyboard.

Furthermore it gave the following recurrent error in the event log:

I have issues with logitech setpoint when running this application.  It will 
cause my mouse / keyboard to disconnect, and then reconnect ~ 10 seconds later. 
 It happens pretty frequently (every 5 minutes) and makes it difficult to play 
games.   It even caused a blue screen crash one time (windows 8.1).  I had to 
unplug the device and disable the software.  The mouse driver issue went away 
100%.
