"Error with connection device, verbose in logs". #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in Lightpack
2. Lights don't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting the device to be recognized by Prismatik, I instead get "Error with
connection device, verbose in logs".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firmware 7.5, Prismatik 5.10.4, Windows 8.0
I upgraded to firmware 7.5 after reading a post here from another user.

Please provide any additional information below.
i7 3820
2x 7970
Logs are attached. I first tried with just installing prismatik 5.10.4 before
upgrading firmware. I also tried reinstalling prismatik after upgrading
firmware (I did not delete anything placed/changed in registry by prismatik
however).

Resolved the problem on Windows 7.

Downgrading to the 6.2 firmware and using Prismatik 5.10.5 has fixed the
problem.

Thanks
