Python Scripts have no effect on LEDs #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Writting a Python Script
2. Running it.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Everything is outputted fine, except the LEDs don't change

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Python 2.7.6, Windows 8, also using Prismatik as the program to be able to 
connect to the LightPack.

Please provide any additional information below.
