2 Lightpacks Only 10 LED blocks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I didn't do the initial setup correctly, I think.
2. Uninstalling and re installing does not bring back initial install 
screen(picking a device).
3. I have 2 lightpacks and only 10 LED blocks to select from. One lightpack is 
always dead. Unplugging one lets the other lightpack begin to work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
LED slide bar selector under "Device"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.1

please update to 5.10.5 and run configuration wizard, there you will be able to 
change leds count.

Default value for wizard is fixed. Will be deployed within 5.10.6. You still 
able to change LEDs count in 5.10.5
