Prismatik - Ubuntu problem

Hi

I found sth buggy in the new Version of the Software Lightpack (Prismatik). 
There is no Programm-Icon in the "starter-menue"(see attachmet) of ubuntu. 

tried WMs:

-Unity (no icon)
-Gnome 3 (no icon)
-Awesome (icon available)

The Program is running, but it's not able to configure it. With the old Version 
(5.8.6-1) everthing is just working fine.

BTW: is it possible to add "increase/decrease brightness" to shortcuts?

Is it possible so get also an shortcut
