lightpack wont capture full screen video or games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.everything all connected properly 
2.other mood light works 
3.leds give off minor lighting 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no lighting than the leds stop working in general than must restart app

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
light pack on latest firmware

Please provide any additional information below.

write the dam script for full screen mode, i paid 120 dollars for a no fully 
developed product please fix

Having a similar problem

Unable to capture full screen games, with or without DX hooking
Games that I tried: AC4:Black Flag, Titanfall, Tombraider, Hitman Absolution.
Light will not changed after I start game, i.e will persist as blue if my 
desktop background is blue

However able to capture MPC in full screen no problem

Using v5.10.6, firmware 7.5
Windows 8.1 pro x64, DirectX 11
nVidia driver 9.18.13.3523

ok - found a workroand that works 100% and is free:

install Ambibox 2.1.5, and playclaw 5. both free, set the capture mode as 
playclaw and the device as lightpack inambibox software.

works a treat.  intrestingly, under win7 x64 media centtre full screen (normal) 
mode, playclaw reports that its directx9 64 bit that is in operation, not dx11 
as i first through.
