SCSS integration #31

Prepare switch to SCSS. Use http://sass-lang.com/libsass via wrapper for node https://github.com/sass/node-sass, https://github.com/dlmanning/gulp-sass respectively. Think about extending Bootstrap in a same way we did it with LESS.

Add bootstrap 3. Move BS variables overrides import to main.scss.
