it would be nice and correct to be able to drag and drop files. You also need to be able to add multiple files at once. For example, one publication, one subject discussed should be attached 3 files. making an archive is not the right decision. and 2) image

On the publishing page, after downloading I suggest to add at least a link to OPEN. It's convenient! alternatively, the link can lead to the "Downloads" page"

3) "DELETE" does not work on Downloads page

4) image each time you view a publication, the download icon and the user starts downloading the file many times. You need to keep an icon "already downloaded - tick"

image multiple duplication is not necessary image after all, the file can be 1 GB and it is a significant amount of re-download and unnecessary waste of disk space.

When creating a publication with a file, the Description field is not saved.

An issue with publishing files on Windows. Downloaded files disappear once you restart Acuity. They are still in the Download folder on the computer but do not display in the Downloads page in Acuity. If you keep downloading in Acuity then you end up with multiple copies of the same file in your Download folder. (Note: I believe this issue has already been raised on the Acuity Discord channel.)

I think this was by design - the download manager forgets when you close the app. It could be made persistent though.
