Fixes #94 by using gazebosim/gazebo-classic#3373 Build and Package logs ignition-transport-13.0.0-1-x86_64-build.log ignition-transport-13.0.0-1-x86_64-package.log

I can confirm that this fixes gazebo-classic on up-to-date archlinux

I'm not a maintainer or in any position of authority, so I can't weigh in on it, I just saw an issue I thought I could fix in a project that I use.
