Add sector to messages to avoid confusion #19

Hi,

I ran into the same trouble as explained in #17 . Since it cost me quite some time, I think it is better to show the user the sector number, so it will immediately be clear.

Thank you for the PR, but it looks like this doesn't work yet for 4k cards. There are 16 blocks per sector after the 127th block, not 4. I'll merge the PR if you fix that.
