fix build #37

Hello,

This PR fix the build process. I moved the sources of craptev1 to a mirror github repo and use crapto1 library from proxmark.

To build, you must clone the repo recursively:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/aczid/crypto1_bs
make

This won't work, craptEV1 cannot be redistributed

Ups, you right. Will send email to the owner. Maybe he/she would like to create a mirror or authorize one in my repo
