Limit destinations to a relevant sub-set #7

We should get a array or all destinations, a source destination, and a target destination.

putting this in the flight plan class (may move it later)
Circle math
- use source and target to create a radius
- use this to create a circle
- we may need to increase the length of the radius to accommodate odd flight routs
- we will probably eliminate a portion of the circle sub-set to create a 'semicircle' sub set of destinations that represent positive progress
- every destination in this new sub-set is in out limited set
should return a 'smaller' array of destination.
